Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-06-30 · Little Hero
Who you must be
You may only upload a photo of a child if you are that child’s parent or legal guardian, or you have the parent or guardian’s consent. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
What you may upload
A clear, wholesome, everyday photo of the real child the book is for — the kind you’d happily show family. That’s all we need to bring them to life as the hero.
What is strictly prohibited
You must never upload:
- Any nude, partially-nude, sexualised or otherwise inappropriate image of a child — and absolutely never any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is illegal and abhorrent.
- Sexual, pornographic or explicit content of anyone.
- Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting harm, hate or harassment.
- Photos of a person without the right or consent to use them.
- Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
How we enforce this
Every uploaded photo is automatically screened before it is processed, and every generated page is screened before it’s shown. We may refuse, block or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion to keep the service safe and lawful — no explanation required.
Illegal content & reporting
We do not tolerate child sexual abuse material. Where we identify apparent illegal content, we may preserve the minimum information required and report it to the relevant authorities (in Australia, this can include the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation and the eSafety Commissioner), as the law requires.
If your photo is declined
Our automated checks aim to be cautious. If an appropriate photo is declined, please try a clearer, well-lit photo, or contact us at littlehero2026@outlook.com.
This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
